RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All of our canvas prints are made to order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or changes of mind as we do not hold inventory.
Most art pieces are sent directly from a fine art printer, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer on your shipping label. We cannot guarantee that your purchase will be able to be received safely and this may result in a loss of your purchase.
DAMAGED ITEMS
It is unfortunate but in very rare cases, sometimes damage can happen in transit.
If in the case your item has arrived damaged, please contact us so that we can promptly arrange a replacement.
You will need to supply us with photos of:
- The external box
- The shipping label on the box
- The damage to the artwork/frame
If a replacement is not available, a credit will be applied to your store account or you will be provided a gift card of equal value.
